wusthof knife review
Wusthof knives.. Reviews? Particularly on the Gourmet line..?
I need to buy some new knives and I want some pretty decent ones but not spend too much money. I've been looking into the Wusthof knives and their Gourmet line has piqued my interest. I'm assuming this is their economy line (correct?) and was wondering if anyone has had any problems with them. Are they worth the money?
My son in law has a set of the Gourmet Line / Wusthof Knives that he bought while he was attending Culinary School and they have lasted very well and seem to keep a good edge. While they are priced more in the economy range they are still a good value in my opinion.
